Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is transferable should you need to reschedule, as long as adequate notice is provided.
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, or do not show up to your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the full service amount. If this amount declines you will be unable to book any future appointments until the balance is paid in full.
We appreciate your understanding and support in respecting our time and small business policies.
No Shows are unable to rebook.
Refund Policy
For products purchased in store or online we offer a store credit or exchange with proof of purchase, within 14 days of purchase date.
